Open the "Admin Tools" screen. (see page 4-4)
Click [Use Access / Cost Accounting]

Descriptions
The underlined numbers indicate pages that can be
displayed; the number that is not underlined indicates
the page currently being displayed.
Sets the number of communications displayed (10, 20,
or all).
Select the order to display the list from "Sort by Index"
or "Sort by Group".
Sort by Index :
Sort by Group : The list sorted by Group.
These are the OfficeBridge User ID.
These are the registered Department/Group of the user.
These are the registered user names.
The fax transmission time will be displayed.
The charge per fax transmission. The transmitted pages
are indicated in the parenthesis.
The charge per copy. The copied pages are indicated in
the parenthesis.
The charge per scan. The scanned pages are indicated in
the parenthesis.
