Limited warranty
Ths warranty s made by Muratec Amerca, Inc. (hereafter referred to as
"Muratec"). Ths warranty s vald only on Muratec products purchased and used
n the Unted States of Amerca. Ths warranty apples to the product only whle
owned and used by the orgnal purchaser ("Customer"). If ownershp of the product
s transferred, ths warranty termnates. Ths warranty does not apply to any prod-
uct n use for rental purposes.
Ths Muratec product s warranted aganst defects n materal and workman-
shp for nnety (90) days commencng the date of orgnal Customer purchase. If
the product s defectve n materal and/or workmanshp (normal wear and tear
excepted) durng the warranty perod, Muratec or ts authorzed representatve
wll, durng Muratec's establshed servce avalablty hours, make necessary
adjustments and repars, ncludng, at Muratec's opton, nstallaton of replace-
ment parts. Muratec's servce avalablty hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Central
tme) Monday through Frday, excludng Muratec-recognzed holdays. Muratec
wll complete the necessary adjustments and repars wthn a reasonable tme
perod, as dctated by the nature of the problem and by Muratec's servce schedule.
Replacement parts may have been used and/or recondtoned. Parts that have been
replaced wll reman the property of Muratec. Ths warranty s subject to the obl-
gatons and exclusons set forth.
Obligations
1. Ths warranty wll be honored only on presentaton of the orgnal dated autho-
rzed Muratec bll of sale or Muratec dealer bll of sale or sales slp to an autho-
rzed Muratec servce representatve or servce center. For the name of your
authorzed servce center, contact Muratec (from the Unted States, call 1-469-
429-3350; from Canada, check your n-box materals for the number to call).
2. Durng the warranty perod, the Customer must notfy Muratec by telephone of
any defectve product materal and/or workmanshp.
3. Transportaton (ncludng prepayment of freght and nsurance charges) of the
product to and from an authorzed servce center, desgnated by Muratec, s the
responsblty of the Customer.
4. If Muratec provdes mantenance or responds to a call whch s outsde the scope
of ths warranty, such mantenance shall be blled to the Customer at Muratec's
then-current rates for mantenance and parts and shall be due and payable n
full upon recept of nvoce.
Exclusions
1. Ths warranty shall not cover a product wth mssng or altered orgnal dentfi-
caton marks.
2. Ths warranty apples only to products that the purchaser has properly nstalled,
adjusted and operated n accordance wth the nstructons set forth n or pro-
vded wth product lterature. Ths warranty does not apply to any product whch
has been subjected to tamperng, alteraton, msuse, abuse, neglect, mproper
nstallaton or transportaton damage. Nor does t apply to costs for any servce
requested for demonstraton or to confirm proper operaton of ths product.
3. The warranty shall not apply to adjustments, repars or replacements neces-
stated by any cause beyond the control of Muratec (whether foreseeable or not)
ncludng, but not lmted to, any malfuncton, defects or falure caused by or
resultng from any of the followng: mproper unpackng or nstallaton, unau-
thorzed servce or parts, or mproper mantenance or cleanng, modficaton or
repar by the Customer, accdent (ncludng, wthout lmtaton, unavodable
accdents), fire, flood or other Acts of God, mproper telephone or electrcal power
