Registering an FTP server to a shortcut

After you entered an FTP lnk, you may regster t as a shortcut for nstant recall.
Up to 20 shortcuts can be regstered.

After you enter the [Lnk], [User Name] and [Password], press [Shortcut
Name].
Regster the [Shortcut Name].
• Shortcut Name — Ths s the name that wll be dsplayed on the shortcut
key. The name can contan up to 24 characters. If you do not regster a name,
the FTP lnk wll be dsplayed on the shortcut key. When the lnk s too long
to be dsplayed on the key, t wll be omtted at the center wth "." and only
the begnnng and endng of the lnk wll be dsplayed.
• User Name, and Password — If you have entered an user name and pass-
word they wll be dsplayed (the password wll be dsplayed usng astersks).
• Automatic Network Login — Whenever a folder requrng a password and
a user account s accessed, the machne wll automatcally send them to the
PC when n the "ON" settng, but wll ask you to enter them when n the "Off"
settng.
Press [Enter].
