Entering the file name
You can add a file name to the document pror to scannng. The name can contan
up to 100 characters. You can also regster up to 10 file names n advance, allowng
for quck access.
If you do not enter a file name pror to scannng, the scanned date and tme wll be
used as the file name. For example, f the document s scanned on 26 September
2007 on 2:15 p.m. 30 second, the file wll be named 20070926141530. Also, f the
name you use for the file already exsts, the scan date and tme wll be added to the
end of the file name to gve t dfferentaton.
NOTE
Ths functon s not avalable for "Scan to bulletn board" and "Scan to prnter".

When you press [User], the machne prompts you to logn as an OfficeBrdge user.

Press <SCAN> on the control panel.
Press [e-mal], [Folder], [FTP], or [User].
Press [Fle Name].
If you have chosen [e-mal], press [Others] to locate [Fle Name].
Enter the file name.
To use a pre-regstered file name, proceed to step 5.
Otherwse skp to step 8.
