Set the startup authorization code:
Choose Monitoring > ESS > Running Param > Basic Parameters, and set the
ESS startup authorization code. Otherwise, the ESS cannot be started. To
apply for a startup authorization code, contact the device vendor or its
authorized supervision service provider.
