1. Enable Vantage CNM and Server IP Address/FQDN=192.168.14.205
2. Disable Vantage CNM and Server IP Address/FQDN="blank"
3. DUT can not disable Vantage CNM since Server IP Address/FQDN="blank".

Symptom:
GUI setting problem for SIP time out value.
Condition:
1. First edit eWC/ Network/ ALG.
- SIP Media inactivity time out= 12
- SIP Signaling inactivity time out= 18
2. Second edit eWC/ Network/ ALG.
- SIP Media inactivity time out= 120
- SIP Signaling inactivity time out= 180
3. Now, the time out value still show first edit value.
4. Reboot DUT, check eWC/ Network/ ALG, the time out value show correctly.

Symptom:
Reverse Proxy has an error in re-writing url.
Condition:
1. We edit "http://172.23.31.33" in web application.
2. After a remote user access the url in portal, the function works.
3. However, if we keep in accessing some pages, Reverse Proxy has a error
in re-writing url.
