Symptom:
Backup owns Master's IP when user configures Master's Device HA configuration.
Condition:
1. Configure Master and Backup to do Device HA
2. Configure Master's Device HA configuration
3. Backup will owns Master's IP several seconds
4. This will cause Browser cannot get return data from ZySH after applying M
aster's Device HA configuration

Symptom:
SNMP IP-MIB::ipAdEntIfIndex has wrong mapping with IF-MIB.
Condition:
1. From beta tester brian.
2. The IP indexes are wrong:
IP-MIB::ipAdEntIfIndex.10.10.10.254 = INTEGER: 10
IP-MIB::ipAdEntIfIndex.65.73.29.86 = INTEGER: 9
IP-MIB::ipAdEntIfIndex.69.62.141.251 = INTEGER: 8
IP-MIB::ipAdEntIfIndex.192.168.111.254 = INTEGER: 7
The correct indexes are::
IP-MIB::ipAdEntIfIndex.10.10.10.254 = INTEGER: 9
IP-MIB::ipAdEntIfIndex.65.73.29.86 = INTEGER: 8
