Condition:
1. Enable Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware and add one rule that HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3,
IMAP4 can be detected from any to any.
2. Add file pattern fi*.zip in black or white list.
3. PC in LAN side uploads file2.zip to HFS server.
4. The device doesn't detect file2.zip.

Symptom:
Remove VPN rule and create/edit policy route rule will pop up error message.
Condition:
1. Apply system default configuration.
2. In ZyWALL ＞ VPN ＞ IPSec VPN ＞ VPN Connection, Just remove
Default_L2TP_VPN_Connection.
3. Go to policy route page, create policy route rule or edit any existed policy route rule.
There will be an error message popped up
4. This error message does not affect the policy route to create and edit.

Symptom:
User can not access OWA correctly under SSL VPN and error message"Proxy Error"
appears
Condition:
1. Create an SSL Application Object Name:OWA1 (Type is Web Server and URL is
https://mail.aa.com.tw)
2. Create an SSL Application Object Name:OWA2 (Type is OWA and URL is
https://mail.aa.com.tw)
3. You can go to the ZyWALL > VPN > SSL VPN > Access Privilege and create an SSL
VPN policy, and select OWA1 and OWA2 object to SSL Application List.
4. Login to SSL VPN portal you will find that OWA2 access is fail in portal.

Symptom:
Object will be overwritten when having two same SSL Application object names.
Condition:
1. Create an SSL Application Object Name: OWA1 (Type is Web Server and URL is
http://aa.com.tw).
