Condition:
FTP Client------WAN [ZyWALL] LAN------- FTP Server
1. Using Serv-U as server, filezilla as client.
2. Use the following config file.
3. FTP server uses virtual server to redirect the connection to real server under LAN.
4. FTP client connects to server via ZyWALL's WAN IP. And ZyWALL will redirect the
connect to LAN server.
5. But if user uses PASV mode as ftp client & turns on IDP on ZyWALL. FTP client will
hang on LIST command.
6. LIST command packet will send to LAN server, but the response of this packet will be
hanged in ZyWALL and not be sent to client.

Symptom:
Incoming interface"any" in policy rule should exclude"ZyWALL" itself
Condition:
Incoming interface"any" in policy rule should exclude"ZyWALL" itself.
Otherwise local generated traffic will match policy rule that lead to unexpected behavior.

Symptom:
Cannot not edit or add policy rule
Condition:
1. Remove all VPN rules
2. Try to add or edit policy rule will fail. User cannot modify policy rule any more.

Symptom:
ZyWALL sends LOG-Mail have character (0x00) at the end of the mail
Condition:
1. Configure ZyWALL to send the log mail while the log is full
2. Some mail server, like Cyrus IMAP server, cannot accept NULL character at the end of
the mail

Hardware watchdog has possibility not to store the CLI command in running config
