Symptom:
User can not access OWA correctly under SSL VPN and error message"Proxy Error"

Condition:
As below, there are three methods to reproduce this issue:
Method 1 :
(1) Create a SSL application named "OWA111"( Type is OWA and URL is
https://mail.111.com.tw).
(2) Create a SSL policy named "New_Policy1" and add SSL
application "OWA111" to this policy
(3) First delete SSL policy "New_Policy1" and then delete SSL application "OWA111".
(4) Create a SSL application named"OWA222" (Type is OWA and URL is
https://mail.222.com.tw).
(5) Create a SSL policy named "New_Policy2" and add SSL application "OWA222" to
this policy
(6) After steps (1) to (5), we will find that user can not access "OWA222".
