Limit additional UDP port 10000 outbound traffic
Condition:
1. Edit web eWC/"App. Patrol" Enable Application Patrol=enable
2. Edit web eWC/"App. Patrol"/"Other Protocol" add a rule
- Port=10000
- Protocol=UDP
- Outbound traffic=200kbps
3. Use tfgent to send 500kbps UDP traffic to other host port 10000, that host can receive
about 500kbps traffic
