Condition:
1. Create one dynamic rule for VPN
2. Device can not be accessed once and sometimes traffic can not be passed while doing
1000 VPN tunnels throughput test by IxVPN
3. Console dumped "new session fail err" then throughput value will become very low or
zero.

If vrid is duplicated, backup device will not be access because ZySH daemon is busy.

1. PQA_Lab have a VRRP group, vrid=100.
2. ZW1050_1's ge2 create a VRRP group called VRRP_WAN, vrid=50,Master
3. ZW1050_2's ge2 create a VRRP group called VRRP_WAN, vrid=50,Backup
4. ZW1050_1's ge1 create a VRRP group called VRRP_LAN, vrid=100,Master
5. ZW1050_2's ge1 create a VRRP group called VRRP_LAN, vrid=100,backup
6. PC1 can't use ZW1050_2's managment IP to manage it and zysh daemon is buy.
7. If VRRP_LAN's rvid isn't 100, it is normal.

Condition:
1. GUI > Licensing > Update > System Protect page.
2. Click "Update now"
3. After did successfully, the pop up windows show "/tmp/sysinternalsig_progress at Tue
