the arp-sk is installed and renamed as powerpc-arp-sk when building the arp-sk-0.0.16.

3. GUI shows IPSec VPN has been added into zone.
4. This problem leads anti-spam IPSec VPN test case failed.

User is still present on device when SSL VPN client cannot get IP and return back to login
page
Condition:
1. Create SSLVPN rule and Assign IP Pool 192.168.100.1~192.168.100.2.
2. Two SSL uses log in and get 192.168.100.1 and 192.168.100.2.
3. If the third SSL user logs in then an error page is shown.
The error message should be "SSL VPN gateway does not have assignable IP"
If user click "back" button and return back to login page, show all logged-in users on
device. The third user still exists.
