SSL VPN can disconnect when user connect over weekend.
Condition:
1. User connects to DUT with SSL VPN and FTP download/upload over weekend
2. Some of user disconnect on Monday.

Symptom:
AppPatrol, NetMeeting can not be dropped though the action is drop.
Condition:
PC1(NetMeeting)-------(L)ZW1050(W)---------Internet-----PC2(NetMeeting)
1.Enable AppPatrol and h323 service.
2. Set action =drop.
3. Then PC1 call PC2. However, we found the called connection will succeed after 1
minute.
4. USG300 has the same problem.
