After backup synchronizes with master, backup should not add virtual server's ip
alias.
Condition:
1. Add several virtual servers on master.
2. Backup synchronizes with master.
3. We can see that virtual server configuration is applied successfully on backup,
but the ip alias of virtual servers should not be added on interface.

Change VRRP interface on Backup device may cause Device HA Sync failed.
Condition:
1. Configuring A/P mode Device HA.
2. Change VRRP interface on Backup.
3. Perform Device HA Sync, but failed.

21. [BUG FIX] 060823383
Symptom:
Intra-zone blocking does not work when add new interface into existing zone.
Condition:
1. Use system default configuration.
2. Remove ge4 from DMZ zone.
3. Add ge4 into WAN zone and enable intra-zone blocking of WAN zone.
4. In bash, use the following command to show the firewall rules:
