RS-232-Like MIB, RFC 1659
Supported for all of the synchronous data ports and for the COM port. RFC 1659
is an SNMPv2 MIB, but is converted to an SNMPv1 MIB to support this unit. This
MIB consists of one object and five tables:

General Port Table, RS-232-Like MIB

The General Port Table contains configuration options for the RS-232-Like
interfaces. Clarification for objects contained in this table as it applies to the unit
is provided below.

synchronous ports configured as
V.35.
x21(6) – Identifies data ports
configured as X.21.
The value is 2 for synchronous ports
and 0 for the COM port.
