SAM BOOST™ WITH SMART NOZZLE N
9.2.3
STORING BATTERIES
When batteries will not be used and placed into long term storage such as being taken out of service for many
months, they should be stored in a cool, dry place and at 40% (3.86V) charge. The battery level can be
checked if connected to a SAM™ SMART NOZZLE and viewed from the nozzle information screen. Make
sure to fully charge batteries prior to use when removing from long term storage.
9.2.4
DISPOSING OF BATTERIES
Do not dispose of the batteries in your regular trash pickup. They must be taken to a location that can properly
recycle Lithium-ion batteries.
