4.4.6 Security
Security configuration includes IP address filtering, Onvif authentication, 8 0 2 . 1 x, ARP
protection, watermark, and secure password.
4.4.6.1 IP Address Filtering
IP address filtering can ensure only certain source IP addresses can be used to access the
NVR's web interface.
1. Go to Menu > System > Security > IP Address Filtering.
2. Select Enable IP Address Filtering.
3. Configure the parameters.

Description
Block list : Access is forbidden if the IP is on the block list.
Allow list : Access is allowed only when the IP is on the allow list. If
Allow list is selected but is empty, remote access will be forbidden.
Enter the start and end IP addresses. If you want to add only one IP
address, enter it in the Start IP field.
