- Switch the ignit ion off .
The system retains the saved speed if you deactivate the cruise
cont rol tempo rar ily. To resume the saved speed, release t he brake
peda l and pull the lever to position

Damping can be adjust ed to th e driver's preference and it
adapts automatic ally to the current driving situat ion.

Audi magnet ic ride is an electronica lly controlled damping system.
This chassis system assists t he d river by adapt ing to t he par ti cular
situat io n through impercept ible control processes. The damping
prov ides ind ividual modulat ion of d amp ing forces . For exa mple , wit h
damping character istics set to prov ide greater comfo rt, damping is
set somewhat harde r for a brief period only as req uire d, w hen
rounding a curve and when braking.
Standard
setting
Select the standard sett ing if you prefe r a suspension setting empha-
sizing comfo rt.
Sport
setting
Select t he sport se tt ing if you prefer a sporty suspension sett ing. The
LED in the sw itch
comes on to ind icate sport setting.
