✓Check for pinched or shorted fan wiring.
✓Replace fan.

✓Check for damaged wiring.
✓Verify connection from fill solenoid to J6-FILL on
the AMZ circuit board.
✓Verify solenoid resistance is 97 to 115 ohms.
✓Verify the fan power cable is connected to J2 on
the AMZ circuit board. See Incoming Power:
480V Models, page 106.
✓Verify fan is free of obstructions and can spin
freely.
✓Check for damaged wiring.
✓Verify connection from pump solenoid to
J6-PUMP on the AMZ circuit board.
✓Verify the pump solenoid resistance is 97 to 115
ohms.
✓Check if pump pressure has been reduced from
desired level.
✓Navigate to material tracking page from home
screen and reset target setting.
✓Replace applicator module filter.
