1. Ensure the power is disconnected.
2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the SIM slot cover.
3. Insert the SIM card(s) into the SIM socket.
4. Replace the SIM slot cover.

Press the RST button for 3 to 10 seconds until all LEDs blink a few times
and then reboot the router manually.
Press the RST button for more than 10 seconds. The router will run
normally without a reboot or factory reset.
