7.4 IPSec VPN established, but LAN-to-LAN communication
is not working
Issue
An IPSec VPN has been set up, but you are unable to communicate between LANs.
Possible Reason
Subnets do not match the Interested traffic.

IPSec second phase (ESP) settings do not match.

Solution
Check both subnet settings.

Check the IPSec second phase (ESP) settings.

7.5 You Forgot the Router Password
Issue
You forgot the router's login password.
Possible Reason
The user has changed the password.
Solution
After the router has been powered on, press the RESET button for 3 to 10 seconds and then release. The
router must be manually rebooted and reset to factory default settings (Username/Password is
admin/admin).
