7.1 No Signal
Issue
The IMBER SMART Router modem status is showing no signal.
Possible Reason
Antenna is installed incorrectly.

Modem failure.
•
Solution
Check the LTE antenna or replace it with a new one.
•
On the Cellular page, check whether the modem is being detected correctly.
•
7.2 Cannot detect SIM card
Issue
The IMBER SMART Router cannot detect the SIM card. Cellular failed to connect to the base station.
Possible Reason
The SIM card is damaged.
•
Bad contact between the SIM card and the SIM card holder.
•
Solution
Replace the SIM card.
•
Re-install the SIM card.
•
7.3 Poor Signal
Issue
The IMBER SMART Router has no signal or a poor signal.
Possible Reason
Antenna is installed incorrectly.
•
Weak signal strength in the area.
•
Solution
Check the antenna and re-connect it.
•
Check with your Telecom Operator to see if there is a signal problem in the area.
•
Change to a high-gain antenna.
