Select the subnet where the device resides for the currently configured port.

Connection Type

If you select DHCP Client, an external DHCP server will assign an IP address to this unit.
MTU
•
Maximum Transmission Unit is the maximum packet size allowed to be transmitted. Usually, this should
be left at the default value of 1500.
Override Primary DNS
•
Entering the primary DNS server will override the automatically obtained DNS.
Override Secondary DNS
•
Entering the secondary DNS server will override the automatically obtained DNS.
Ethernet->WAN->Secondary Wan Settings
IP Address
•
Enter the IP address of the secondary wan interface.
Netmask
•
Enter the netmask of the secondary wan interface.
The IMBER SMART router also supports setting the WAN connection type to Static IP and PPPoE
mode.
