Step 1
Locate the PIU slot on the blade that requires the filler panel.
Step 2
Obtain the proper number of filler panels for installation into unoccupied PIU slots on the blade.
Step 3
Warning: Equipment can be damaged by ESD during installation, removal, or whenever handled. Ensure
that an appropriate ESD wrist strap is worn and is properly grounded.
Install the filler panel by performing the following substeps:
a) Ensure that the filler panel is oriented properly.
b) Carefully and slowly press the filler panel into the empty PIU slot until the filler panel is completely inserted.
Note: Filler panels must be installed in any unoccupied slot on the blade.
