Forced Stop

The forced stop function is used to perform a deceleration stop by Deceleration Time for Forced Stop
(3008Hex-39Hex) when the STOP terminal is turned OFF.
After the deceleration stop, the operation error (alarm code: 24) is displayed and the status changes to
alarm status.
When a forced stop is detected, the STOP-OUT terminal turns ON.

As standard, Force to stop (30: STOP) is an NC contact. To use the function for an NO contact, set "1030."

Overload Stop Function

This function is used to detect the load condition, and if the state exceeding the Overload Stop Detec-
tion Level (300EHex-41Hex) continues for the Overload Stop Detection Timer (300EHex-44Hex) or
longer, stop operation is performed by the overload stop function.
Select the stop operation at Overload Stop Mode Selection (300EHex-42Hex). If "0: Disable" is select-
ed, the overload stop function is disabled.
The overload stop function is enabled only for the 1st control.
Select the operation to detect at Overload Stop Operation Mode (300EHex-43Hex).
Select the item to detect at Overload Stop Item Selection (300EHex-40Hex).
