Description Check point and remedy reference
Check motor characteristics.
→ Review object (3004Hex-0BHex*,
3004Hex-0DHex*) data.
→ Use an external thermal relay.
Recheck motor allowable continuous current.
→ Reconsider and change object
(3004Hex-0CHex*) data.
Recalculate acceleration/deceleration torque
and acceleration/deceleration time required
from the moment of inertia of the load and
acceleration/deceleration time.
→ Lengthen the acceleration/deceleration
time (3004Hex-08Hex, 3004Hex-09Hex,
3005Hex-0BHex, 3005Hex-10Hex,
3008Hex-39Hex).
Measure the output current.
→ Reduce the load (use the Overload early
warning 2 Level (OL2)
(3005Hex-23Hex), and reduce the load
before an overload occurs.) (During win-
