M. CURLED PAPER ADJUSTING METHOD
1. Purpose
This adjustment is intended to remove the loading trouble
caused by significant curl of paper unloaded from the
PPC.

4. Pressure adjusting method (see Figure 1)

Contacts the upper guide.
Adjusting method::1. Loosen the pressure regulating plates
(F and R) tightening screws.
2. Insert the adjusting jig between the
roller shafts as shown in the figure
above (upper guide front aide and rear
side notch).
3. Press the pressure regulating plates F
and R against the internal roller
support, and tighten the screw (lower).
4. Adjustment must be performed at the
front and rear sides.
5. Adjustment of curled paper
There are three stages of adjustment which vary
depending on the extent of curl of paper unloaded from
the PPC.
When curl is large
Standard
When wrinkles form on thin papers, etc.
