7. Stapler unit
A. Removing the stapler unit
1)
Open the front door to withdraw the stapler unit
toward the front side.
2)
Remove the screws (1) (2 pcs.) to remove the
stapler unit cover (2).
3)
Remove the 4 connectors (3), earth wire (4) and
screws (5) (2 pcs.) to remove the stapler unit.
8. Others
A. Engaging the intermediate guide spring
Engage the intermediate guide spring with the
intermediate guide "a" and the fixed guide "b".
î Do not engage with the long hook of spring.
B. Fitting the non-sort sensor spring
1)
Engage the sensor return spring with the sensor
stand "b"
(engage the short hook of spring).
2)
Fit the sensor lever to the sensor return spring.
3)
Fix the sensor lever with the M 3-step screw.
4)
Engage the sensor return spring with the lever "a"
(engage the long hook of spring).
