2) Operation
Step 1
After the paper unloading operation is completed and
the staple request signal is sent to the machine, the
machine turns about 90¯ the lead cam so as to stop the
bin roller in the center of horizontal part of lead cam.

Step 2
The stapler unit rocking motor is driven, and the stapler
unit is shifted to the stapling position.

Stapling is performed.

Step 4
After completion of stapling the stapler unit rocking
motor and the bin shift motor are driven at the same
time.
* The stapler unit moves backward, shifting to the
stapling position for the next staple.
* The bin unit is moved up or down to access to the
next staple.
Step 5
The stapler unit rocking motor stops, and the stapler
unit begins stapling.
Although the bin shift motor is running, the bin is at rest
because the rotating bin exists on the lead cam parallel
part.
