TRANSMISSION
22. Install ROPS. For proper reinstallation and torque
information, reference Cab Frame Assembly page
11.4 for Turbo S and Cab Frame Assembly (4 Seat)
page 11.6 for Turbo S4.
WARNING
The ROPS/roof should only be serviced by a certified
Polaris dealer.
23. Install rear fascia. Torque fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Rear Fascia Fasteners:
8 ft-lb (11 Nm)
24. Install rear fenders and fender flairs.
25. Fill coolant reservoir. Bleed system as required. See

26. Check and fill engine oil as required. See Engine Oil
Level page 2.28.
27. Connect the battery.

TRANSMISSION VENT LINE ROUTING

The transmission vent line connects to a nipple
side of the transmission near the transmission switch.
The vent line routes up through the gap
MAG and PTO intake runners, and secured to the
injector harness mounting bracket with a hinge clip
For vehicles equipped with EVAP, the line runs out the
left side of the vehicle, OVER the EVAP line, and
connected to the purge mounting bracket with a hinge

clip .
The line routes out and attaches to the rear vertical
support tube with two hinge clips
into the rear vertical support tube using a termination

fitting .
