6. Slide the RH rear ROPS mount
as shown.

7. Install O-ring approximately 3/4" (20 mm) from the
end of the RH ROPS.

8. Install RH ROPS onto vehicle. Loosely install M10
x 1.5 x 45 screws (PN 7519906)
Nyloc nuts (PN 7547746)
point. Install RH bolster
Loosely install M10 x 1.25 x 55 screws (PN 7519956)

and M10 x 1.25 flanged Nyloc nuts (PN 7547333)

onto the bolster and middle mount point.

9. Align lower bolster mount on the outside of the rocker
frame mounting hole as shown. install M8 x 1.25 x 20
screw (PN 7518450)
fastener to specification.
TORQUE
Lower Bolster Mounting Fastener:
14 ft-lbs (19 Nm)
10. Remove the Torx fasteners retaining the rear ROPS
cover panels on both sides.
