Task Description

Installation
Clean gear case and sealing face on cylinder
crankcase.
Mount the new gasket via the guide pins on cylinder
crankcase and adjust to correct length (arrow).
Seal partition surfaces between gear case gasket and
oil pan gasket with silicone sealing agent.
Spray gun 000 589 01 25 00
Place the gear case against the crankcase and tighten
the double hex bolts (6) and hex bolt (7).
Hex screw (7) 60 Nm.

Note
Take care not to damage the guide pins.
