Eseguire un'ispezione visiva del
radiatore. In caso risulti danneggiato o

procedere alla sostituzione del
particolare.

Rimontaggio impianto di
lubrificazione

Applicare frenafiletti e posizionare
i nippli (5) e le guarnizioni (4) sul
radiatore olio (1).
Serrare i nippli (5) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

degli OR (6) quindi lubrificarli
utilizzando olio motore.

Posizionare le tubazioni di mandata e
ritorno olio (7) sul radiatore e serrare
i dadi (B).
stato rimosso il piolo (15), nella fase
di rimontaggio applicare frenafiletti e
serrare alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Montare il radiatore olio (1)
inserendolo prima nel piolo (15) posto
sul lato sinistro della testa orizzontale.
Inserire il distanziale (3) e la vite (14)
per fissare il radiatore sul lato destro

della testa orizzontale.
LOCK
Serrare la vite (14) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare le guarnizioni (4) e i
nippli (5) nei fori del carter.
Serrare i nippli (5) alla coppia

Posizionare le tubazioni (7) di mandata
e ritorno olio nel carter e serrare i dadi
di fissaggio (A).

Oil cooler inspection
Make a visual inspection of the oil
cooler. Renew the cooler in the
presence of signs of damage or leaks.
Reinstalling the
lubrication system
Apply the prescribed threadlocker and
position nipples (5) and gaskets (4) on
oil cooler (1).
Tighten nipples (5) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Notes
Before installing the hoses (7)
check that the O-rings (6) are mounted
and lubricate them with engine oil.
Locate the delivery and return
hoses (7) on the cooler and tighten
down nuts (B).
Notes
If pin (15) was previously
removed, apply threadlocker and
tighten it to the prescribed torque
(Sect. C 3).
Reinstall the oil cooler (1) by fitting it
on the pin (15) on the LH side of the
horizontal head.
Fit the spacer (3) and screw (14) to
secure the cooler on the RH side of
the horizontal head.
Tighten bolt (14) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit gaskets (4) and nipples (5) in their
holes in the casing.
Tighten nuts (5) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Locate the delivery and return
hoses (7) on the casing and tighten
down nuts (A).
