Procedere al rimontaggio degli steli
posizionandoli, rispetto alla base di
sterzo, all'altezza indicata in figura.
Posizionare gli steli (9) e (10) sulla
base di sterzo (7) e successivamente
7
inserire i semimanubri (5) e (6).
Posizionare gli steli (9) e (10) sulla
base di sterzo (2).
Bloccare gli steli serrando alla coppia
prescritta le viti (8) e (1) di fissaggio
alla base di sterzo (7) e alla testa di
sterzo (2).
Per un corretto orientamento del
semimanubrio inserire l'estremità
7
del perno (A) nella relativa fessura (B)
sulla testa di sterzo (2).
Bloccare le viti (4) dei semimanubri
alla coppia di serraggio prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
sono state rimosse dalla loro sede,
applicare grasso prescritto sul filetto
delle viti (1), (8), e (4) prima di
procedere al relativo bloccaggio.
Rimontare le strutture rimosse dal
mototelaio:

Refitting the front forks

Refit the fork legs, positioning them
at the height shown in the figure
relative to the bottom yoke.
Locate the fork legs (9) and (10) in
the bottom yoke (7) and then fit the
handlebars (5) and (6).
Locate the fork legs (9) and (10) in
the bottom yoke (2).
Tighten the bolts (8) and (1) securing
the fork legs to bottom yoke (7) and
the top yoke (2) to their specified
torque.
To ensure the handlebars are correctly
positioned, check that the end of
the pin (A) engages the corresponding
slots (B) in the top yoke (2).
Tighten the handlebar bolts (4) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Important
If they were removed during
disassembly, apply the recommended
grease to the threads of bolts (1), (8)
and (4) before tightening them.

Warning
Do not ride the motorcycle
without the front mudguard. The front
mudguard also acts as a support
for the brake hose and prevents the
brake hose from touching the wheel
when braking.
