Smontaggio serbatoio
sfiato olio
Per eseguire questa operazione
è necessario rimuovere la carena

destra (Sez. E 2).
Allentare e rimuovere le viti (4) di
fissaggio serbatoio sfiato (7) al telaio.
Spostare leggermente verso
l'esterno il serbatoio sfiato (7) ed
allentare la fascetta (8).
Sfilare il tubo (9) dal serbatoio (7).
Rimuovere la fascetta (2) di fissaggio
tubo collegamento valvola sfiato
olio (5) e scollegare il tubo (1) dalla
valvola.

A questo punto è possibile rimuovere
dal motote il serbatoio sfiato olio (7)

completo di tubo (1).
Svitare e rimuovere la valvola di sfiato
olio (5) dal motore.
Verificare le condizioni dell'anello
OR (6) ed eventualmente sostituirlo.
Rimontaggio serbatoio

sfiato olio
Per il rimontaggio eseguire in ordine
inverso le operazioni effettuate
durante lo smontaggio.
Note
Durante il rimontaggio lubrificare
l'anello OR (6) con grasso prescritto.
Note
Nel rimontaggio si consiglia
di orientare le fascette di fissaggio
tubazioni come in origine, seguendo
le immagini riportate di seguito.
Rimontare la carena destra (Sez. E 2).

Removing the oil
breather tank
First remove the RH side fairing
(Sect. E 2).
Slacken off and remove the screws (4)
securing the oil breather tank (7) to the
frame.
Move the oil breather tank (7) slightly
outwards and slacken off clamp (8).
Remove the hose (9) from the tank (7).
Remove the clamp (2) securing the
hose running to the oil breather
valve (5) and disconnect the hose (1)
from the valve itself.
It is now possible to remove the oil
breather tank assembly (7) complete
with hose (1) from the engine.
Undo and remove the oil breather
valve (5) from the engine.
Check the condition of O-ring (6) and
renew it if necessary.
Refitting the oil breather
tank
Perform the operations in the removal
sequence in reverse order.
Notes
During reassembly lubricate
O-ring (6) with the prescribed grease.
Notes
During reassembly, orientate
the hose clamps in their original
direction, as shown in the following
images.
Reinstall the RH side fairing
(Sect. E 2).
