Svuotamento circuito
impianto frizione
frizione, oltre a danneggiare la vernice,
è dannosissimo a contatto degli
occhi o della pelle; lavare quindi
abbondantemente con acqua corrente
la parte interessata in caso di
accidentale contatto.
Sfilare il cappuccio di protezione
posto sopra la valvola di spurgo (3).
Collegare alla valvola di spurgo (3)

posta sul gruppo di rinvio uno
spurgatore comunemente reperibile
in commercio.
Allentare la valvola di spurgo e
pompare con lo spurgatore fino a
1
quando non esce più fluido
dall'impianto.

lo spurgo della frizione reperibile in
commercio seguire le istruzioni d'uso
del fabbricante.
In caso di indisponibilità collegare alla
valvola di spurgo (3) posta sul gruppo
di rinvio, un tubicino in plastica
trasparente e immergerne l'estremità
in un contenitore appoggiato sul
pavimento e contenente liquido
frizione usurato.
Svitare (1 o 2 giri) la valvola di spurgo.
Svitare le viti (1) e togliere il
coperchio (2) con membrana dal
serbatoio liquido ed azionare la leva
comando frizione fino alla totale
fuoriuscita del liquido.

Per vuotare completamente il gruppo
è consigliabile rimuovere il gruppo di
rinvio svitando le tre viti (4) di
fissaggio.
Sfilare il gruppo rinvio frizione (5)
facendo attenzione alla guarnizione
OR (6) posizionata al suo interno.
Spingere sul pistoncino interno per far
fuoriuscire tutto il liquido contenuto

all'interno del gruppo rinvio.
Procedere al rimontaggio del gruppo
rinvio lubrificando con grasso
prescritto le guarnizioni OR (6) e
serrando le viti di fissaggio (4) alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Serrare la valvola di spurgo (3) alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Warning
Clutch fluid will damage painted
surfaces if spilled on them. In addition,
it is very harmful in contact with the
skin or with the eyes; in the event of
accidental contact wash the affected
area with abundant running water.
Remove the dust cap to expose the
bleed valve (3).
Connect a commercially available
bleeding tool to the bleed valve (3).
Loosen off the bleed valve and pump
with the bleeding tool until no more
fluid emerges.
Notes
Follow the manufacturer's
instructions when using a commercial
tool to bleed the clutch circuit.
If you do not have a bleeding tool
available, attach a length of
transparent plastic tubing to the
bleed valve (3) on the slave cylinder
and insert the other end of the tubing
in a container of old brake fluid placed
on the floor.
Unscrew the bleed valve by one or
two turns.
Unscrew the screws (1) and remove
the cap (2) with the membrane from
the fluid reservoir. Operate the clutch
lever until all the fluid has been
expelled from the circuit.
To help drain the circuit fully, unscrew
the three retaining screws (4) and
remove the clutch slave cylinder from
the engine.
Remove the clutch slave cylinder (5)
taking care not to damage the internal
O-rings (6).
Push in the piston to force out all the
fluid from inside the slave cylinder.
Refit the clutch slave cylinder,
lubricating the O-rings (6) with
grease and tightening the retaining
screws (4) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Tighten the bleed screw (3) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
