(1) Renew every 2 years irrespective of condition.

- Front sprocket
- Nuts and bolts securing the engine to the frame
- Front wheel nut
- Rear wheel nut
- Top yoke clamp bolts
- Bottom yoke clamp bolts
- Steering head assembly screw
- Handlebar clamp screws
- Front axle clamp bolts
- Bolt securing the rear shock absorber to the swingarm
- Bolt securing the rear shock absorber to the suspension rocker arm
- Bolt securing the rear suspension tie-rod to the rocker arm
- Swingarm pivot shaft bolt
- Nut securing suspension rocker arm to frame
- Oil pipe connector on cooler
- Oil pipe connector on crankcase
- Front brake caliper bolt
- Front brake disc screw
- Rear brake caliper bolt
- Rear brake disc screw
- Fixings securing cush drive pins to the rear spocket
- Rear sprocket nuts
- Passenger strap screw
- Brake caliper mounting bracket pin
(3) General testing of the motorcycle involves checking the following parts:
- Wheel hub bearings
- Rear wheel cush drive
- Front sprocket nut
- Sidestand.
- Radiator fans
- Indicators and lighting devices
