Disassembling the manifolds
Unscrew the nuts (1) and remove the
horizontal (4) and vertical (9) cylinder
manifolds from their cylinder units
and recover the gaskets (2).
Notes
The exhaust manifolds (4)
and (9) can be left on the engine as
they do not impede its removal from
the frame.
Important
Block off head exhaust ducts to
prevent foreign matter from entering
the combustion chamber.
