Symptom

0105/0218 Jam code: Resolved by replacing the pre registration roller (PD-C1/POD Deck Lite-A1)

Description
The machine would get jam code 0105 or 0218 only when running paper from side paper deck-C1/POD
Deck Lite-A1. Copies from all other paper sources are just fine. When jam code 0105 occurred, the paper
is located at the registration rollers (just at the rollers but not in them). When jam code 0218 occurred the
find paper would be at the pre registration roller and trail edge of paper still in paper deck.
Field Remedy
Replace pre--registration roller (rubber roller) FC8-9354. The paper coming from paper deck-C1/POD
Deck Lite-A1 is running at a lower speed than the pre registration roller. This causes the paper to slip at
the pre registration roller and gets paper timing off. You can find this information on the service manual.

Description
The Machine is Jamming from the POD Deck Lite-A1 with a Jam Code of 0104 which is Delay Jam to
Writing Guding Sensor S28. The Machine is Relatively new.
Field Remedy
Check the Support Roller for Displacement, Replace if needed (FF6-1976) SUPPORT, ROLLER
