pin [3] rubs on the upper surface of the hole [a] due to the position of the right door pin [3] becomes too high,
cope with this situation by sliding the sheet metal part [8] to the left by 1 scale mark [c] as shown in the below
figure.
[Caution] For the new type right door hinge [B], the adjustable range of the sheet metal part [8] has 2 scale
marks [c] for each to right/ left side. However, if the half-locked state of the right door [1] is not improved
even after the sheet metal part [8] was slided by 1 scale mark [c], then it is suspected that the cause of the
half-locked state is located elsewhere than the right door hinge. Also, excessive slide of the sheet metal
part [8] may bring about some other adverse effects. Therefore, the slide amount of the sheet metal part [8]
must be limited within 1 scale mark [c] from the center to the right/ left side at the maximum. Do not move the
sheet metal part [8] by 2 scale marks [c] as shown in the below figure.
