<Puncher Die Type B group>
This procedure for the following Puncher Dies:
- Looseleaf Binding
- Velo Bind
<Oiling Procedure for Puncher Pin>
Apply ("3-IN-ONE" oil) directly to the pins that is described as arrows. Do not overlubricate or use spray
lubricant.
Depress the pin guide so the punch pins protrude through the bottom plate and wipe clean.
Oil from the die may blemish the first few punched sheets after oil has been applied. Keep test copying until
clean copies can be made.
<Oiling Procedure for Shoulder Bolts>
Apply Super Lube to the shoulder bolts and springs as shown below after 200,000 punch cycles.
