Fine line is too fine on output printed with the Printer Driver PS

Symptom
Complaints were received in Field that fine line is too fine on output printed with the Printer Driver PS.
Cause
This machine precisely reproduces the fine line, however fine line may come out too fine on printout
depending upon the usage environment for this machine and the type of the media, so that such
complaints were received.
Service work
Change the setting values of the user mode following the procedure below, and explain to the customer
about the change of the setting values of the printer driver for print out, then check if the problem of too
fine line has been improved.
1) Go to Settings/Registration > Function Settings > Printer > Printer Settings > Custom Settings > and
select the Print Quality. Change the following setting items.
1-1) Change the Line Refine (1200dpi Only) to "On".
1-2) Change the Horizontal Line Refinement to "Level 4".
