Description
The imageRUNNER ADVANCE 8000 Series copier is experiencing a jam of 1F77. This happened after the
installation of the Professional Puncher-C1, and the Professional Puncher Integration Unit-B1.
Field Remedy
Check to make sure the drive belt for the Professional Puncher has not been replaced. This procedure is
only for the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C9075 PRO / C9070 PRO / C9065 PRO / C9060 PRO. The
reference to the procedure is shown below:
The belt is only to be changed on the above mentioned products. There have been several cases where the
procedure was followed for the black and white ADVANCE series, and this resulted in the 17FF jam.
