1F77 Jam code: Resolved by replacing the S3 paper path 2 sensor (Professional Puncher-C1)

[Case in the field ]
Description
When running hole punched job through pro puncher C-1 you get jam code 1F77. This is a timing jam, it
does not point to one sensor as the cause, just that paper timing is off. In this case we found the problem to
be S3 paper path 2 sensor.
Field Remedy
Replace S-3 (FC3-3635). This sensor is located on the PUNCH MODULE- ROLLER ASSEMBLY.

1F77 jam code: Due to the Flexible Aligner Drive Shaft was broken (Professional Puncher-C1)

[ Case in the field ]
Description
When running a hole punch job, the first several punched sheets are skewed and the punches are in the
middle of the sheet. If one sheet is fed to the hole punch, paper never reaches the punch die.
Field Remedy
In this case of 1F77 jam, the green belts on the inlet side were not rotating. All other drive belts driven by
M3 (Transport Motor) were rotating. It was found that the Flexible Aligner Drive Shaft was broken and not
driving the inlet green belts. The part number for the Flexible Aligner Drive Shaft is FC3-3778.
