Symptom

0111/0C10/0112 Jam Code occurs because the leading edge transfer target current is too strong

Description
0111/0C10/0112 Jam occurred.
- 0111: Fixing Outlet Sensor Delay Jam
- 0C10: Fixing Toenail Jam Delay Jam
- 0112: Inner Delivery Sensor Delay Jam
Cause
Because the leading edge transfer target current is too strong, paper to be fed on the ETB cannot be
separated from the drum and then feeding failure occurs, which results in a jam.
Field Remedy
Go to Service Mode (Level 2) > Mode List > COPIER > Adjust > HV-TR > TR-L-OF1 and change the leading
edge transfer target current offset value [a] from "0" (default value) to "-1".
[Caution]
- In this Service Mode, both the leading edge transfer target current offset value [a] and the offset value of
leading edge transfer bias output timing [b] can be adjusted, but do not change the value [b].
- If the value [a] in the Service Mode is set to [-2], blank image at the leading edge occurs. So do not set the
value to [-2].
