<Puncher Die Type A group>
This procedure for the following Puncher Dies:
- Plastic Comb Binding - Twin Loop Binding - ProClick Binding - Color CoilBinding
<Oiling Procedure for Puncher Pin>
Apply approximately a 1/8" (2-3mm) continuous line of oil ("3-IN-ONE" oil) along the dotted line next to pins.
Do not overlubricate or use spray lubricant. Depress the pin guide so the punch pins protrude through the
bottom plate and wipe clean.
Oil from the die may blemish the first few punched sheets after oil has been applied. Keep test copying until
clean copies can be made.
[Caution]
Do not apply the oil to the felt marked with the red line.
<Oiling Procedure for Shoulder Bolts>
Apply Super Lube to the shoulder bolts and springs as shown below after 200,000 punch cycles.
