5. Click the Receivers section on the left panel and ensure the connection with your receiver is estab-

lished:

6. Click Parameters on the left panel and then NetworkingUHF on the right, to start radio config-

uration. Set the following parameters and click Apply (Figure 3 on page 61).

• UHF Modem Frequency: 406000000 to 470000000 (Hz)

• UHF Protocol Type: simtx

• UHF Modem Output Power: 30 (dBm)

• Forward Error Correction for Simplex Protocol: on

• Modulation Type for Simplex Protocol: dqpsk

• Number of Repeaters for Simplex Protocol: 0

• Data Source for Simplex Protocol: auto

• Scrambling for Simplex Protocol: 255
