PROBLEM
The exhaust smoke is white.
The exhaust smoke is black.
Overheat occurs.
Oil pressure does not increase.
Engine does not have enough power.
7 - TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Insufficient warming-up
Too much engine oil
Failure of the engine control system
Failure of the supply pump
Failure of the fuel system
Continuous idling for a long period
(more than two hours)
Failure of the engine control system
Failure of the supply pump
Clogging of the air cleaner
Failure of the fuel system
Clogging of the exhaust system
Diesel Particulate Diffuser is faulty
No coolant
Front of the radiator is clogged with
filth
Reserve tank cap not fully tightened
Coolant is dirty

Reserve tank cap dirty or faulty
Excessive engine oil
Inappropriate engine oil viscosity

Perform warming-up
Adjust to the appropriate oil amount

that white smoke is not emitted
