5 - TRANSPORT OPERATIONS
The machine may be further secured onto the trailer bed
with a vertical tie-down.
Put pads (F) over the tracks in the positions identified
along the sides of the lower frame. Route the wire ropes
(G) across the tracks, and tie-down on the vertical direc-
tion.
NOTICE: Make sure not to tie-down the machine only in
the vertical direction: the required tie-down force would
be high, and this will cause damages to the tracks and to
the other traction components.
